doraroi.io is a DORA Register of Information automation tool that processes uploaded Excel files and produces deterministic, technically formatted XBRL/CSV submission packages in accordance with EBA ITS 2024/2956 (DORA Article 28).

The service performs technical formatting only. No artificial intelligence inference or probabilistic output is used — all outputs are deterministic and rule-based.

The service is priced at €599 excluding VAT per submission package.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Invoicing is subject to applicable Finnish and EU VAT rules.

Payments are non-refundable once the submission package has been generated and made available for download. If package generation fails due to a technical error on our part, a refund or reprocessing will be offered at our discretion.

doraroi.io provides technical formatting of input data only. We do not guarantee acceptance of the generated package by any competent authority, national regulator, or the EBA.

The user is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, and correctness of all input data
• Verifying that the generated output meets their regulatory obligations
• Submitting the package to the relevant competent authority

Pyroxix Group Oy shall not be liable for regulatory rejection, fines, penalties, or any other consequences arising from the use of this service.

By using doraroi.io, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to submit DORA Register of Information on behalf of your organisation
• All data provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You will review the generated output before submission

Uploaded Excel files and extracted canonical data are used solely for generating the submission package and are deleted after the package has been made available for download. We do not retain your data for any other purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pyroxix Group Oy's total liability for any claim arising from the use of doraroi.io shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific submission package in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the Helsinki District Court (Helsingin käräjäoikeus).

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at doraroi.io/terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
